Following the development of computer-science and network-technology, all the callings are reconstructing themselves with new technology.The subject of this paper came from the need of TV&B (Broadcasting) Station while they were updating their broadcasting-system. If TV&B stations want to Realize automatic-broadcasting-system, they must harmonize the system-time of all the computer in the LAN.This paper will discuss the problem of how to keep a unique & sameness time in the broadcasting-system. According to the study of the two main kinds of the clocks used by the TV&B stations, referring to corelation information, making use of all the resource we know: Include computer-interface-technology, base theory of circuit, network-communication-protocol and so on. Two kinds of solution for those two mainly used clocks were proposed and adopted. Those two kinds of solution realized the idea of using the data of the clock to correct the computer-system-time by the time-amendment-card.In the begining of this paper, some basic theories were discussed. Such as: interface-technology, COM-technology. Continue wiht thehardware and software design about the time-amendment card: Include Intel microcontroller circuit; time-amendment softwares used by server and clients. During the porcess discussing the design-thought & software and hardware-realization, technologies include:computer-interface-design; data-translating in network;hardware-driver-design and software-design were involved and utilized.The whole process incarnated the thinking of integrating hardware-design and software-design (coalescing MCU technology and software technology to get the time-data and correct the system-time). The time-amendment cards have been used by some TV&B- station and work well.
