At present, to support the development of B-WLAN, two standards, DEEE802.11 and HiperLAN are going the processes of stipulation and perfection. China, taking the leading position in the communication application should be devoted to the big country in telecommunication research and equipment making. To achieve the aim, it is vital for us to establish the WALN standard of our own. The price value of the WLAN may surpass the public mobile network and thus constitutes the most essential part of the global network.In this paper on the basis of analyses about wireless channel characteristic, we have done a wide research into new technologies and some information transmission scenarios in WLAN, including a detailed discussion of the most competitive OFDM-CDMA technique. And we design a B-WLAN system for indoor environment. The system operates at 28GHz band frequency with the latest OFDM-CDMA technique. In this system, we presented an architectural proposal for a WLAN built to support IP traffic ,and we described a MAC protocol based on the OFDM-CDMA technique and a package schedule algorithm of MAC-PDU named FSA.
