In this paper, firstly, we discuss the mechanism for ensuring database security, considering the significance of database security and its correlative evaluation criterion. A new secure model instance based on the mandatory policy is established, then we analyze and compare the security performance between two kinds of traditional model by validating specific function speciality. Secondly, in contemporary model theory combining current DBMS oracle, we improve on the role-based access control model using RBAC96 self-generated component to assign user to role, which greatly ease the system rights management, and reinforce the user-role revoke model by defining two algorithms of strong and weak revoke. At last, we take general factors into account, design the basic secure database framework from the point of security specification, service and measure.
