In the real production, PID Controller has still a high rate. So it is still important to research the new method to get the paratemers of PID Controller. Generally, we look at the PID Controller as an adjustment to Object. Analyzing the adjusted system, we get the parameters of PID Controller.We have looked through many essays and got many experiments from our predecessors. In this paper, we design a new controller based on "Expert System" and get the parameters through the relay method. This enables the realization of Self-Tuning of PID parameters in Frequency Field mixed with BP Neural Network. And in the condition when the object changes strongly. This controller can transfer between testing modality and running modal -ity automatically. This method has the good quality of Self- Adaptation.There are mainly four ways to get the paremeters of PID Controller in Frequency Field. But they all have faults, difficult to realize or not good to run. We imbibe the advantages and get rid of the faults. By our method, you can get the good parameters only through one easy test, and the method can transform automatically, expressing the ability of Self-Adaptation strongly. These two advantages are produced by our own.
