PID controller is simple in structure, adaptable, does not depend on the precise model of the object, the advantages of strong robustness, Its control performance is directly related to the production process smooth and efficient operation , Therefore, PID controller design and parameter tuning problems with the theory of value not only of great practical significance.In this paper, in-depth study of the PID control theory and re-analysis of the PID controller's control mechanism, in this Review and analysis of the basis of several existing conventional method of PID parameter tuning. In accordance with the simple, efficient and intuitive parameter tuning principle, Improved several parameters of the PID controller auto-tuning algorithm, is given a detailed derivation of the formula and select the model has done a simulation experiment.Step to identify the parameters based on self-tuning algorithm is to obtain through the course of the experimental step response of the dynamic characteristics of the object, Identify high and low precision approximation model, and gives examples of the corresponding simulation.
