At the beginning of this paper, according to investigation result of current international and national vertical web sites, it' s presented that there exist some technical problems, such as improper way of information storage, low searching efficiency, and high demand to information workers. So, on the basis of increasingly ripe database technique, Web technique, and middleware technique, it' s put forward to designing idea of vertical web sites. Then, it is designed that a single or several tiers database structure meeting with web sites' character, which includes much information, rich content, and various form. It is proposed that search engineer in sites that helps users search quickly, and information management system, which helps information workers' work. And then, it is elaborated a solving way to the vertical web sites, which includes B/W/D three-tier structure, database design, Web application system and information management system. It is also analyzed its characters, virtue and security. At last, based on an example, it' s proved that the system is scientific and feasible. This system improves users' searching efficiency, drops information workers' technical demand, improves information workers' working efficiency and enriches information contents as well.This solving way of the vertical web sites satisfies demands on technique, being the same with all sorts of vertical web sites as a reference.
