Wcdma Base Station Measurement Module Analysis And Design

The development of mobile communication has past two generations, Now people are focusing on the third generation which can provides high speech data transmission, can realize the global hop and make any kind of communication at any time and any place.All the three main systems (WCDMA/cdma-2000/TD-SCDMA) use the CDMA technology. The CDMA systems have many good points, but meanwhile multi-code interference, Far-Near problem and Anger effection exsist in the CDMA systems . And a valid way to solve these problems is the technology of power control, which is the key in CDMA syetem. Its implementation needs the support of measurement. The paper is mainly on the research, analysis and implementation of measurement in WCDMA system.The first chapter makes the introduction of mobile communication development and the main three systems WCDMA,TD-SCDMA,cdma-2000 in the third mobile communication system. The second make us familiar with the structure of WCDMA system and points out the place where the Base Station is in the system.The third focuses on the software develping technology in WCDMA system, which are SDL and the VxWorks which is the Embedded Operation System. The fourth makes research and analysis of the measurement, analyzing the measurement initiation,the measurement response,the measurement report, themeasurement failure,the measurement termination procedure,focusing on telling the Report characteristics.The fifth is project part, telling the measurement implementation project and testing project, introducing the realizing idea and hardware structure, soft ware structure of the Base Station, offering the detailed project in the end.The sixth is the summary of the paper. The last presents the acknowledge, attachment and resume.
