Crt Projection Tube Resolution Automated Test System

In this dissertation a new system that test CRT projection tube resolution is bring forward against deficiency example slow test speed great affection because of artificial factor in the Line-resolution-Test system.The system could rest projection tube resolution in two dimension adopting Area-CCD, but also raise precision and speed of resolution-test because of realization of auto focus system that absolutely exclude the affection because of artificial factor.Auto-focus system include auto-e-focus system and auto-optics-focus system. Auto-e-focus system means that voltage of focus polar can be auto adjusted. And auto-optics-focus system means that the optic system composed of screen of projection tube microscope and area CCD can be auto focus.This dissertation is composed of three chapter, introduces the principle realization of hardware and software of of area-CCD resolution testing system auto-e-focus system and auto-optics-focus system.
