The synthesized system of universities' information publishing follows this development trend of universities' informatization construction and information system construction, centered by the application of campus public information, overcomes the weakness which the original systems of universities' information publishing had possessed, constructs a good-quality, high-efficiency, plentiful-resources, safe and dependable platform of synthesized universities' information publishing which is based on Internet and campus network.This thesis fixes attention on the design and realizing of the synthesized system of universities' information publishing, introduces the development's background, the development's meaning, need analysis, overall design project and some technique details of the synthesized system of universities' information publishing, explains in detail the technique of web pages automatically publishing and the key technique aimed at system performance optimization and system safety, and finally summarizes the development and application of the synthesized system of universities' information publishing.The synthesized system of universities' information publishing, which this paper has designed and realized, adopts a three-layer system construction based B/S, adopts the Object-Oriented method based on UML to proceed the system analysis and design, adopts the JSP technique, JDBC technique and Oracle database technique to proceed the system development and realizing. It has many advantages of mighty function, superior performance, simple deployment and complete safeconstruction. It concentrates to manage the various public information of the university campus, makes the information publishing automatical, fast and orderly inside or outside university campus, guarantees that the various information is safe, so it increases the universities' information publishing to a new applied level.This thesis brings up and adopts the JSP technique to realize the technique of information automatically publishing based on web pages, i.e. the technique of web pages automatically publishing containing the technique of web pages automatically producing and the technique of web pages automatically uploading. Compared with the technique of information automatically publishing based on database, the technique of web pages automatically publishing replaces the static web pages with the dynamic web pages, and not only increases the speed and the beautiful degree of the web page's viewing, but also avoids to let the viewer directly face to the database storing information, and consumedly increases the information' s safety. In conclusion, the synthesized system of universities' information publishing is worth adopting in the various systems of information publishing.
