Web advertisement, which transmits by internet, provides a new communicate space for media organizations, ad corporations and other enterprises. They are facing the pressure and chance to change traditional mode of spreading, and choose new channel. This article discusses that how to spread web ad. It puts emphasis on analysis of questions in China and puts forward developable methods in future in order to offer some beneficial theoretical evidence for Chinese enterprises to employ effectually web ad.This article consists of three chapters, which are as follows: Chapter one expounds transmission path of web ad and reviews of professionals on internet as a medium.Chapter two expounds history of web ad and analyzes present situation and questions that emerged in development progress of web ad. It mainly includes five questions: foundation building and prevalence of internet; regulation on web ad; influence of web ad; expression of web ad; communication effect of web ad.Chapter three puts forward macro-development methods and micro-development countermeasures of web ad. The macro-development methods include basic establishment building, ability training, law and regulation building on web ad. The micro-development countermeasures include a series of measures such as developing web ad form, adjusting strategy, establishing target, reforming working, founding weighing-standard. Finally it predicts the tendency of web ad in China.
