In this thesis, the design and implementation of a configurable software system in industrial measurement and control area is discussed. A prototype of such kind of software was implemented to illustrate our ideas presented in this thesis.The architecture of this software was built by the function of software system in industrial measurement and control. We have designed a flexible framework for our software, which are adapted to several main phrases during constructing and using such software. Three main components were based upon the main framework, such as I0Sever, process logic and human machine interface.The I0Sever uses share-memoiy and dynamic link library to adapt varies 110 board and data source. The mechanisms for multi-access conflict and real-time schedule were built in this part.We respect the control and data process as DAG. Arithmetic is divided into some basic units, such as analog input unit, digital input unit, calculated unit etc. A series of unit were connected by the input and output relation between them. Two methods for scanning the DAG were presented here .One to run the units one by one, the other to group the units by output.We use dynamical graph linking to some data acquired to display the field watched. These graphs can be created and modified by tools developed by some design patterns.
