Data Acquisition Card Pci Interface Research And Development

This paper presents a detailed design of data acquisition card, which makes use of PLX9050 and 10K10 for implementing data acquisition function. It provides the method and procedure of exploitation based on the PLX9050 and 10K10.This paper comprises two main parts: hardware design and device driver design. In hardware system , the feature of PLX9050 is introduce, then the design of PLX9050 as a PCI bus interface chip in the data acquisition card is demonstrated. The paper also introduce the design local bus ,and the means of interface design between the PLX9050 and 10K10. In the device driver development part, the select among the development tools for device driver is first recommend . Then the paper introduces the principle of the tools - WinDriver-that we used. The study also introduce the structure of device driver and the development process of device driver.The paper has accomplished the design of the data acquisition card with the PCI bus interface, and the card has already been used. The performance of the card has achieved the request.
