In the late of the last century, chaotic behavior of the nonlinear dynamic system was discovered. Therefore, many new approaches to digit communication with private security have been developing due to an application of chaos theory to cryptography. Those methods are innovations in technical foundation of information security, and can be put to use in many fields such as military, tele-business and so on.In this paper, the theory and technology that synchronization of hyperchaos is applied to digital cipher are mainly discussed, and two softwares are successfully programmed. One software is implemented with Visual C++, and is used for the Internet Communication based on TCP/IP protocols. When the hyperchaotic systems of the sender and the receiver are synchronized., we can talk in security with each other hi the net . As the hyperchaotic system is easy copied, one can communicate with many at the same time. Therefore, it does for net broadcasting and net meeting. It is well running in Windows 95/98/2000 .The other presents a novel scheme based on hyperchaos synchronization for protecting the ASP codes. Although the ASP files are saved in the web server as ciphertext, the software ensures them to be recognized by the asp.dll. The whole proceeding of decoding is taken in the kernel of the operator system, so that no hacker can access it easily. The software is produced under the integrated developing environment of Visual C++ and DDK(Driver Development Kit), and it does well while running in Windows 2000/NT Web Server.
