Role-based Access Control Using Corba Security Model

As a worldwide industry standard for constructing distributed object software system, CORBA provide service named CORBA Security to promise safety ^ stable communication between distributed objects. Role-based Access Control (RBAC) is a kind of Access Control in which permissions and users are brought together by roles, this make it easier to manage and enforce access control policies.Based on introducing CORBA Security service and RBAC in detail, tins paper bring out an idea to implement RBAC using CORBA Security service. Configurations of CORBA protection system and RBAC are defined, and then show how to implement such system using a developed project as an example.
