Undeveloped design method and changing design frequently make the farm machine design inefficient. Focus on the problems, three different typical section of mechanism and components was selected to be make computer programs in the research: the joint part with prime motor, the power transmission and the operator. The programs were designed in visual program langue Visual C++. The component抯 solid modelings were made using the parametrize feature moulding software Pro/E. The method increased the efficiency of design and offered references to the relative parts design.The hydraulic hitch is the common means that the operator be joined with the prime motor in farm machine. The paper made the hitch抯 vector equation and found the solutions by Newton Iteration method through the strong numerical calculation function of computer. So the analytical solution insteaded the graphic method, the design accuracy and efficiency were acceptable. Depth and transmission discharge capacity, longitudinal stability and the lift capacity of cylinder were checked by analytical method in the paper, these made it possible to optimize the design, the target is the lift capacity of the cylinder. The curve diagram of cylinder lifting force varies following the lifting bar was draw, the mechanism抯 movement was simulated.The v-belt drive whose pulley is made by impact extrusion is the special drive way in farm machine. The computer programs of parameter and v-belt pulley抯 structure design were made in the research, based on the regular design steps, the equation, data sheet and digraph were made into the forms which the computer can search automatically. The solid mouldings were made which can be drive by the design parameters. The two dimension engineering drawing can be created automatically.Spade is the type of farm machine operator. Many moulding-making method were tested in the research. Common bi-spade, plain bi-spade and half-sweeps shovel抯 solid mouldings were built. A right product can be made successfully through parameters driving. The failure chance is small by drive step by step. The method draws designer out of the trouble of replication and change drawing frequently. It can serielize the design.
