In this paper, an intelligent high-power communications power supply system with module configuration and its monitor system, which are controlled by 80C 1 96KC single-chip microcomputer are developed. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1: The main circuit and control circuit of the AC/DC converter are analyzed and designed. A high power factor Boost rectifier with zero-voltage-transition (ZVT) using pulse width modulation (PWM) is designed. With this technique, the power factor can achieve 1. 2: With load share controller UC3907, the dynamic load current sharing between the six parallel AC/DC converter is realized. 3: The input voltage and current of each converter are sampled to calculate power factor cos~ dynamically, which is displayed by LCD EDM12864B. 4: The functions of protection and give an alarm are realized through sampling the parameter such as input and output voltage and current and temperature of each AC/DC converter, which are displayed by LCD EDM12864B. 5: The displaying application software with LCD EDM 1 2864B is developed. 6: The circuit of the control system is designed and the software flow chart is presented. |
