Modern Test System Model And Architecture Research

With the development of the computer and test technology, the modem test system becomes more and more complicated. The test data is needed more and the requirement of the reliability and the opening is higher. So, it becomes the chief question how to decide the structure of the bus and the composition of the test system rapidly. The study of the structure of the future test system exactly cater this necessary. In light of the development of the test system抯 structure and the test bus with the computer technology, the developing trend of the future test system is looked forward. In order to solute some questions of the old model, the object-oriented model of measurement systems is given and its principle is discussed in this project. It also described the test system based on knowledge during the studying of knowledge express, the selection of the bus and the hardware and the software, and the design of the test fault diagnose expert system. Otherwise it discussed the test system based on network and the Virtual Instrument. This paper mainly expounds the development of the future test system and the apply of the platform from such five sides, the process and the trend of the developing of the test system, the modem test bus, building of the test object ?oriented model, the studying of the test system based on knowledge, the studying of the distributed test system based on network, and the analyzing of the virtual instrument (VI) technique apply, etc.
