On-line Parsing Of Unknown Chip Technology Research

This paper studies the on-line decrypting ways of indefinite chips, and analyzesdetailedly the on-line decryPting system in theory. This system uses HP1650B as themain data-collecting tool. lt describes the techniques of data-collecting, identifying chiptypes and I/O pin tyPes, and it also gives the flow-chart to implement these techniquealgorithms. Based on the heuristic algorithIn, the data-processing software solves theproblem of big decelltralization of data in the on-line decrypting.
