The paper mainly discusses the realization method of data acquisition and chip types and I/O pin types identification in "The on-system decrypting system of the logic indefinite chips". Data acquisition mainly implements the collecting of waveform data of on-system logic indefinite chips, which is the foundations of chip types and I/O pin types identification. Chip types and I/O pin types identification mainly implements the identification of sequence, combination and I/O types of chip pins, as the base of logic synthesis. At first this paper introduces the traditional logic indefinite chip decrypting techniques and its realization method, and then detailedly introduces two kinds of simulation methods which are on-system simulation and logic synthesis analysis. Through analyzing the hardware requirement in on-system working data acquisition and setting the trigger condition according to the different acquisition requirement, the paper explains the choice standard of data acquisition front-end equipment, then describes the realization of seamless acquisition in data acquisition and data saving format of the acquisition equipment. Based on synthesizing the specific requirement of data acquisition, it detailedly introduces the software and hardware constitution environment in the system. Then it describes the program design and realization of two sub-modules of data acquisition control module, which are remote operating control module and data format-conversion module. In the end, based on analyzing the basic conception of chip types and I/O pin types identification, the paper describes the basic thought of identification algorithm, particularly explains the program design and realization of recursion chip types and I/O pin types identification algorithm and logic state truth table generating algorithm.
