Alpha-gas Dew Point Detection Apparatus

The rapid measurement of the dew p oint of air has been studied and discusaed in detail in the article. High-speed measured meter of dew point has been c~signed and made according to the double a ray principle. A ray maximum range is 4Oum in the water,it is have highest sensitive.Using the controllable method is automatic controllable system and moving temperature scan method ,controlled semiconductor detector cooling temperature,follow dew puint.The method can well overcome error of polluted source and gas temperature and pressure,as well radioactive isotope meter long-term stability,as overcome statistical error,and have high accuracy of temperature controllable,suited rapid measure in a air.The result of the experiment shows that there is measurement accuracy and repeatability in the range of dew point ?O~---2OC, and the measurement accuracy is superior to 監.50C. TIE dew point analysis meter can be used to replace the old method of analysis air. It consists of the advantages of sawing time, saving effort, high speed, fredback information in time and instructing the process of production.
