Internet Technology And Control Systems Integration

In the paper, a kind of general and low cost solution to realize remote monitor of control system using IPC industrial computer and Internet technology is presented. In the solution, VB6.0 and VC6.0 are used in industrial computer for programming to realize acquisition and conversion of real-time data and control. The industrial computer exchange real-time data with database server of Linux operation system through RDO object model and ODBC interface. Client uses B/S mode to get information and control. Server uses PHP script to realize Apache Web server's visit to My SQL database server.First, the paper introduces the network developing direction, the current situation and existing question of the computer control system. Also it analyzes open and safe system structure model of information system at Internet/Intranet, and enumerates Internet technology and key technology of controlling system integration. And then it presents the remote monitor solution based on Internet, and combining the actual object and control system, it designs and finishes the instance of remote monitor system based on Internet.Internet technology and control system are integrated in the paper, and the general and low cost solution of remote monitor presented has popularization value.
