In the paper, an interface circuit is designed to make the LED display system synchronize the computer display system by using PLD(Programmable Logic Device). Generally, the computer display system is based on VGA/Super VGA (Video Graphics Array ) , or compatible with VGA/Super VGA. The display mode 800x600.. 256, or 640x480. 256, can meet most applications of LED display system. In the computer display system, there is a color lookup table ( LUT ) which can convert 8-bit data from CPU to 24-bit data (red, green and blue respectively marked by 8-bit ) for computer display, but no addressable. The main task is to copy the LUT, and make the copied LIJT addressable. Addressing the copied LUT, the video datum from computer can be gained. Then, they are processed and sent to LED drive circuit for display.
