This paper introduces a practical multimedia teaching platform-theMultimedia Computer Network Education System. First, it il1uminatecomponents of the syStem5 then introduces the design of the hardu-are porildetail. Furthermore, it analyzes the message mechanism and I/O control of OS, and shou7s the implementation of compllter remote control and softxxare/hainterface module based on the analysis result.
