Considering the state management of the Scientific Research Funds of Universities is more and more standardized and stricter, which promote the management of scientific research funds go to a higher level, it’s very clearly that the management system of scientific research funds which existed in GuiZhou University has been unable to fully meet the needs of the new situation, so it’s very necessary and urgent for Gui Zhou University to develop a convenient and applicative management system,which also has a large practical significance and application value.According to the management system of scientific research funds and demand of Guizhou University, also considered the situation of the Internet development, in this paper, I introduce the relational mapping framework based on NHibernate and service oriented design method based on WCF, in order to develop a set of financial management system for Guizhou University which has good portability, higher stability and scalability.The main work and achievements of this paper are showing as follows:1, According to the actual situation of financial management in Guizhou University, this paper analyses the short of typical three layer architecture(presentation layer, business logic layer, data service layer) and introduce the Data link layer data layer and data persistence layer, then presents the five layer architecture model. In this model, it’s very convenient and quickly to develop a system for mobile terminal such as mobile phone and labtop by PC end system, and this model also refers to the object / relational mapping tools, Which will make no change even it changes the database.2,While, this system not only makes up the deficiency in the current management system of scientific research funds, but also use the human-based fund management mechanism,which allow over a certain proportion of funding subjects on the promise of not to overspend on total funding.3,At the same time, this system introduce the Spire.Doc.dll system components and use the regular expressions to find content segmentation technology, then can quickly find the policies and regulations, to save a lot of time for users.The application shows that, the five layer architecture not only meets therequirements of current Guizhou University research funds management, and using this system, the processing object is also very skill in access into a relational database,to achieve the independence between the object model and relational database, laid the foundation for the future expansion of the system.
