With the progress of science and technology,manufacturing automation has become the common pursuit of world today. This article is based on the basis of RFID technology,researches on liquor products tracing system security. Liquor has a long history of development, but the anti-counterfeit and traceability issues remain to be resolved.Establishment of Liquor anti-counterfeit and traceability systems can reduce people’s labour intensity, improve wine storage environment, improve the manufacturer’s reputation and understand circulation of the market, but also allow consumers to check the authenticity of liquor.Liquor anti-counterfeit and traceability system is based on the RFID data collection first, but a lot of complicated liquor flow of information led to a lot of error occurred in the process of data collection. It seriously affects the data system of data acquisition and tracing system security reliability.Therefore, the article studies on theories of RFID technology deeply, and introduces the RFID technology to data acquisition layer of the liquor anti-counterfeit and traceability system. Second, we study on the reliability of the RFID data collection,including distance of the label to reading; Through the definition of system reliability, the reliability of the measure, model and simulation graphics, the results have some guiding suggestions for system development. Finally, on the basis of RFID data collection reliability, we analyze requirements of liquor anti-counterfeit traceability system from the manufacturers, distributors to the consumer; we establish a general flow chart of liquor anti-counterfeit and traceability system, the flow chart of the various roles and various functional modules; analyze and establish the overall architecture of the system, make the database of producers, consumers and product information, and special modules were realized.
