This study used content analysis and text analysis, according to the theory of frame and issue note cycle model as the theoretical basis, selected the Chinese and British mainstream news agency’s microblog- the official Xinhua news agency “Xinhua viewpoint” and “Reuters’ Chinese website- Reuters " two account about the horse boat lost in reports of events, from microblog report number, microblog type, microblog report topic usage, microblog tone, microblog report objects, microblog content theme, microblog report subject framework and risk reported eight aspects has carried on the comparative analysis.
