As the mobile communications technology continues to mature, smart phoneswhich are powerful and with good user experience have become an indispensablecommunication tool in people’s life. Under such circumstances, an Android mobile winsthe acceptance and love of users with its open environment and rich platform ofapplication. Nowadays, many users have been accustomed to store their personalprivacy data, such as passwords of Alipay and bank cards as well as daily reminders, inthe Android moble. Once these important private information is seen unintentionally orstolen intentionally by others, it is likely to lead to the loss of property. In addition, it isnot matter of the moment that Android mobile are suffering from fraudulent SMS, spammessages and harassing mobile calls which seriously affects people’s work and rest.After the loss or deliberately steal of an Android mobile, sensitive privacy informationcan easily be stolen for other use. This may lead to the relatives and friends beingcheated, and will produce adverse effect of life for individuals and even the relativesand friends.According to the above security issues, it has important practical significance andvalue in use to develop a set of practical, safe and reliable mobile anti-lost system basedon Android for its users. Currently existing anti-lost system based on Android increasessecurity coefficient and realizes anti-lost protection mainly from two aspects: passivedefense and active defense. However, passive defense failed to real-time monitoring,and the situation of false positives also happens from time to time in active defense. Tostrengthen the security protection ability of anti-lost application, not only the technicalmeans of guard against theft, but also need to pay full consideration to the practicalapplication of anti-lost behaviors.Based on the full research of the design of Android system’s security protection athome and abroad, this thesis combined the privacy protection, communication filtering,and the guard against theft of mobiles together organically. Besides, this thesis designedand implemented the software of mobile anti-lost system based on Android, giving fullconsideration to the practical application scenarios of anti-lost operation and remotemonitoring. This system is based on C/S architecture, and delivers the complex businesslogic of anti-lost monitoring and security operations to the background service to process. What’s more, Tomcat is used as the application server and MySQL as thebackend database. The system realized six core modules which are user management,privacy protection, communication filtering, security settings, remote monitoring andsetup wizard using the Java language. Through test and analysis, the system can operatenormally and stably, and achieved the expected design goal, being able to detectmalicious software applications, lock the personal privacy for protection, and provideusers with the most direct and effective help when they meet with telephone or SMSharassment or loss their mobiles, and in some other situations. All these reduce theimpact because of security problems due to human or application service to the users,and enhance the users’ ability to respond to anti-lost security issues at the same time.
