China’s rapid economic development in the market today, building an excellent staff, good reflects the competitiveness of enterprises. Examinations as an effective means to measure employee knowledge, ability level, and are generally used in the power industry. In this context, in order to generate a WEB platform-based online examination system..this thesis, the first test features for the power industry employees developed a specific program objectives; secondly proposes a combination of technical solutions to the specific needs of customers; then depending on the examination process, the establishment of the system architecture, well-designed functional modules; in the design process, excellent build relational data model is based on the concept of the relational database, based on the physical and logical design; ultimately, administrators management, employee examinations and other specific functions to be realized; combine the performance indicators of the actual case, the detection the practical application of the system; thesis concludes the design and implementation of this system.In this system, online examination system implemented by accessing the Web page is B / S architecture, relying on PHP technology, and use of the PDO technology, back-end database is to use the MySQL database. Have been implemented in the system to use the system for specific functions, parameters, test, marking and scores of management. Finally, the overall system design and development objectives are met.
