Research And Analysis On The Management System Of Retired Workers In Jinggangshan University

Teachers are the most valuable resources and wealth, respect for teachers has always been the glory of the fine tradition of the Chinese nation, for the colleges and universities, care and respect for teachers is an important measure to the relationship between stability and cohesion of the teachers in Colleges and universities. Jinggangshan university is a building in the old revolutionary base areas of red earth, colleges and universities to the Jinggangshan spirit for the mission, responsible for transferring the revolutionary tradition and the positive energy of the talent training base, at the same time, there is also a less developed region, the need for more excellent teachers and talents to join the Jinggangshan University, and so the University of Jinggangshan, attention and care for teachers is deep, so this is also so for the retired staff, based on the study and analysis of the security management system for the retired staff is also based on this.In this paper, aiming at the actual conditions and demand of the University of Jinggangshan, research and analysis of the security management system for a university in Jinggangshan for retired staff, finally determined according to the basic life security, medical security, service assurance, spiritual civilization for funding support and main functions of security mediation services at the University of Jinggangshan field research and design of the original business, can meet all the retired faculty retirement safeguard service. This paper includes four aspects, one is the research and literature review, to understand the real needs of the target user; two is for the relevant business system are analyzed in detail, the first analysis of the original business process, and then the original business process reengineering and improvement; third is the functional analysis, to determine the system function through the use case diagram and package diagram; the fourth is the data analysis, the main function is data analysis and entity relationship analysis.The University of Jinggangshan from the management system can better meet the retirement security of retired staff service, also can reflect the humane care of the Jinggangshan University of retired comrades. Although this work achieved initial results, but due to the limited level, there are still many imperfect places, and the system in the future, these need to be further completed.
