This thesis is mainly to introduce the research background,the project significance,and the current applying status of Zhongshan city’s human resource management system of civil affairs bureau while clearing the research theme and the key work of this research.the thesis illustrated the business with the flow chart of business reengineering,and analysis the current management business and the organization structure of zhongshan civil affairs bureau;during the function analysis stage,by using the case analysis and case description to make the system functions more clear,it also given the general package diagram of this system and the sub-package diagram including attendance management,business trip management job transfer management,dimission management,yearly annual management,salary management,system management,and basic information management;in the course of data analysis the thesis analysis the data related to all functions of this system by giving the entity class relationship diagram and breviary class of all models.after this the thesis designed the database tables and illustrated every field of all tables.at the end of this thesis its a summary of the whole thesis and the hope of the relevant industry developing.
