During implementing the project, we will meet many problems, just as too many clients, too many projects, too many operators, and some workflow inside the management, which if cannot be traced and solved on time, that will cause many problems for the company and the clients, also will influents the departments cooperation, operation, and the efficiency, this would be make loss for the company finance and reputation. Using information technology to optimize and reengineer business flow, and developing an efficient project problem tracing and solving system, which is good for improving the management and development of Suiyu Network Company.This thesis introduces the research background, project objective, and the current researching and operating situation of the outsourcing project management system of Suiyu Network Company, it also clearly claims the research content and main works. In the business analysis chapter, it is an analysis of system current problem, company’s organizational structure, original business flows, and there will be a reengineered business flows for comparison. And in the functions analysis chapter, we can see the functions of the system through the use case analysis and description, this chapter also show the package diagram of the overall function, and the child package diagram of the each function of the system which included basic resource management, problem management, document management, internal message management, log review and the general report.
