With the development of economy and the increasing customer service requirements of people, the old service which is low efficiency, poor data confidentiality, and difficult to query information, can not satisfy people’s needs. And, there are many files exist in the course of service management. Therefore, how to provide better service and enhance competitiveness has become the key problems in property management of enterprise.The thesis firstly introduces the background, significance and the present situation of customer service management system, and has been clear about the research content and main work. In the business analysis, the thesis analyzes the problem, organization and the original business process, and modifies the business process. In functional analysis, the thesis design the system functions, including the basic data management, service management, the owners complaints management, payment collection management, community activity distribution, system management package diagram. In the data analysis, the thesis research the data of the system, and established the database table and E-R diagram. Finally, the thesis summarizes and analysis of the subject, and discusses the further work.
