At present the literature acquisitioning work of our library is facing more and more difficulties, such as the price rose sharply, while the library books are ill-funded; the emerging disciplines continue to emerge, what books can satisfy the needs of the school discipline construction and scientific research; the increasing number of published literature and published in confusion, interview staff to choose the books which are satisfy the needs of readers. How to solve the problems? The online book recommendation system is an effective way, it summaries a large number of books’information, readers can through the recommendation system recommended you need books to library and puts forward an opinion from the network, Interview staff according to the reader’s recommendation information to grasp the needs of readers, to provide decision support for the acquisitioning work of the library.This paper introduces the book recommendation system for researching background, project significance, the status of research and application at present, it clean the main work and content of study. In business analysis, the problems of system, organization, the original business processes are analyzed in this paper, after the transformation of the business process is given in the function; through the function analysis, it clean system function from the data flow analysis and data dictionary, gives the system’s overall function structure and each function module which include the book recommendation, recommendation bibliography management, recommendation information management, recommendation information feedback, user management and other functional modules. In the data analysis, the paper analyze the data which need to process in every module, it gives E-R diagram and establishes the database table structure. Finally the paper carries on the summary to the research and analysis work, and the further work is prospected.
