Design And Implementation Of Book Recommendation System

With the continuous development of society,the information in different fields is gradually increasing.It also has a visual impact on people,but also brings people a lot of trouble in data processing problems.In order to obtain the information they need,people must constantly search and browse.Therefore,there is an urgent need for such a platform.It can discover people's needs and interests without searching,and present it to the users.The personalized recommendation system has emerged accordingly.In the field of Chinese universities,information and digital management have become a trend.For readers,we read and borrow books at the library almost every day,leaving a lot of borrowing history data for the library.The rational use of these data,discovering the correlations,tapping readers' interest in reading,recommending books of interest to readers,and providing higher quality book services have become important goals for major university libraries in information construction.The research content of this thesis is to design a book recommendation system based on Android by using the history borrowing records of Inner Mongolia University Library,which can meet the needs of our college students to provide targeted personalized book recommendation services anytime and anywhere.First,based on the research background and research significance of this article,this thesis analyzes the research status of personalized recommendation systems both at home and abroad,and elaborates the basic knowledge of personalized recommendation systems and related recommendation algorithms to provide a theoretical basis for this thesis.Secondly,this article will use the teachers and students of Inner Mongolia University as the service targets to deeply understand the needs of readers and givefull play to the advantages of software engineering.Based on the methods and thoughts of software engineering,based on the problems existing in the library of Inner Mongolia University and the needs of teachers and students,it will be analyzed.Feasibility and necessity of implementation;Finally,combined with the detailed design analysis of this system,this thesis implements basic functions such as personal information management,book retrieval,and viewing borrowing records of the book recommendation system.At the same time,it uses user-based and reader-based collaborative filtering recommendations.Combining the algorithms to complete the book recommendation and system testing,the book recommendation system will be applied to real life,recommend books of interest to the broad masses of teachers and students,and perfect the personalized service of our school library.
