Research And Analysis On Case Processing System Of Ninghai County Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau

Urbanisation of our country started late. Due to the times, the research of City management has experienced stagnation.Since the twenty-first Century, many cities began to explore new ideas and modes of city management.With the development of modern science and technology, especially the rapid development of information technology, in order to promote the modernization of government management and scientific decision-making, making full use of information technology and establishing a government network of high efficiency and standardized system have become an urgent need to adapt to the development of the situation. In recent years, with the continuous development of the administrative law enforcement and the rising of people’s expectations on the administrative law enforcement work, while the current methods of administrative enforcement work can not adapt to the needs of the times, the city management,as the application of public management, to a large extent restricted the function of administrative law enforcement work in the harmonious society. At present, the administrative law enforcement work has to face how to integrate into the process of informatization and establish network to promote the inovation of law enforcement work in order to serve the public better. In order to ensure the quality of the execution of adminstraion cases and strenthen the credibility of the administrativ law enforcement department,it is very urgent to accelerate the informatiztion of the execution of adminstraion cases.This paper introduces the research background, significance of the project and the status of research and current application of the Ninghai Bureau of comprehensive administrative enforcement case handling system, and defines the research content and main work.
