Research And Analysis On Student Contribution Management System In Minxi Vocational And Technical College

At the start of each semester of school is the busiest time when students pay their fees. At the time of the original manual operation, financial staffs’ workload and the intensity of labor is very big so that they have a low efficiency. Days later, it is more difficult to find and maintain the payment information. In this context, finance department applies to school for a scientific research project, the students payment management system which developed by financial staffs and computer science teachers. This system can provide users with sufficient information and quick queries. Not only for school, but also for financial staffs and students have very important meaning.This report introduces the research background and project meaning of student payment management system, and the current research and application status. It confirms the content of this research and the main work. In the business analysis, report analyses the problems existing in the system, institutional framework and the original business process, and presented the after transforming business processes. In the functional analysis, report through the case analysis and the description of used case to confirm systematic function and give the overall function package diagram of system and subroutine package diagram, which includes sub-package diagrams of basic settings, accounts receivable management, paid-in management, search management, statistical analysis, and graduation dealing. In the data analysis, report analyses the system that need to deal with the data of each function, gives entity class diagram and builds structures of database table. In the end, this report summaries the research and analysis of work done, and discusses the future work.
