Analysis And Design Of Self - Service System For Mobile Broadband Fault Handling

With the rapid spread of broadband services, national modernization could be measured by coverage range of CMCC (China Mobile Communication Corporation) broadband services as CMCC is one of the basic communication corporations. At present, broadband services provider spread the coverage range from urban to rural, so providing clear and stable broadband services to clients is the labor of broadband services provider. Therefore, design of self-services fault processing system contributes to improve the quality of services of CMCC broadband provider, customer experience and reasonable resource allocation.This paper proposes a self-services fault processing system in view of the demand of clients and current situation of resource allocation based on the current CMCC broadband fault processing system. Self-services fault processing system is a multi-function, including design of fault information collection, fault inquiry, fault process and so on. According to variable problems occurred in broadband fault process, this paper presents detail analysis of business functions and data needs. In the analysis of business functional requirements, business process of the whole system and each module of the business process will be given. Business functional requirements analysis contains primary analysis on multiple module function such as fault information collection, network measurement, fault inquiry, fault record, fault feedback. Data requirements mainly analyze the input data, output data and processing of module.The detail design of fault system mainly analyzes the details of each module based on business function needs and database needs.The innovation of self-services fault processing system focus on self-handle module. Well-design of self-module will contribute to expanding CMCC broadband services, carrying out appropriate maintenance of broadband services provider and improving the quality of using broadband services.
