School Overtime And Leave Management Information System Analysis And Design

The overtime working and asking for leave are important supplements to the daily work of the system, and are also important methods to solve the emergency work. However, overtime working needs workers to do the jobs beyond the normal schedule, which has a great impact on the staffs physical and mental health and family life. Therefore, using modern information technology to develop a scientific management of the overtime working and asking for leave has become an urgent need to build a harmonious campus, especially for closed high school teachers whose working time limit is fuzzy. Based on the staff’s specific information, job duties, working time, the development of the System should put the school teaching staff in the management center, update the information according to information changes timely, and at the same time offer statistics query and analysis function etc., which solves the problems of not timely data updating, incomplete information, tedious query and statistic and low efficiency caused by a traditional manual or semi manual management mode. Considering the actual conditions of the overtime working and asking for leave, this paper discusses the significance of the system, analyze the current situation and use the UML modeling language to carry on the system analysis and design. The system is respectively designed for the stuff, statisticians and the system administrator. The stuff update, register and inquire personal information of overtime working and asking for leave, and send them to the statisticians. Statisticians examine the information. The system administrator manages the users and operation log. After an analysis of the business, function and data, this paper carried out a detailed design of each functional module.At the end of this paper, the research process is summarized, pointing out the existing problems and expectations.
