Analysis And Design Of Internship Management Information System Of Top - Level Vocational And Technical College In Minxi

Internship plays an important role in the teaching process of the vocational education, and serves as an important approach to deepening the educational reform of training students to be equipped with both professional skills and academic ability, to strengthening the work ethics, the professional quality and the ability to develop sustainably. It is also important in the process of cultivating talents with technical skills.The system is based on the observation of the three stages in the students’ internship, namely the stages of preparation, conduction and revision, and adopts the object-oriented methods for the analysis and design.Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of its topic, the information management system for the students’ internship, elaborates the present situations for the application and research of the system, and illustrates my main work and the expected goal of this paper. Secondly, In the analytical description, the paper gives a detailed analysis of its demands and in the analysis of its business demand, an activity diagram is delivered for business process of the system; the analysis for the functional demand gives a case diagram of the system, and attaches an elaborated description to it; in the analysis of its data demands, a conceptual class diagram and its thumbnail marks are both given; other analyses will focus on its non-functional demands in the three aspects of environment, capability, and security. In the description of the system’s design, this paper gives a general design and the specified functional module design. According to the analysis of the demands, several functional modules are designed, incorporating the managements of business, arrangement, guidance and performance for the internship, the statistics of the inquiry, as well as the management of the basic information and the whole system. It also gives the package diagram, the class diagram, and the sequence diagram of the functional structure, along with the activity diagram for the processing of the system, to elaborate the content of the design. In addition, the E-R diagram and the database table structure are also designed for the system. Finally, the paper summaries the content of the research, points out the shortcomings of the study, and look into the further work in the future.
