Research And Analysis On Information Management System Of Teaching Staff In Jiangmen City

The article introduces the research background of the personnel information management system for Jiangmen Tourism Vocational School, its significance, the current study and its application status. In the busyness analysis, the article analyzes the problems existing in the system, organization structure, original business processes and so on. It gives the reconstructive business process. In the functional analysis, the article definite the system function by data flow analysis and data dictionary, giving its overall system function framework and the structure of each functional module including the staff basic information management, staff to bring up the management, staff retirement administration, staff wages management,staff annual appraisal management, staff rewards and punishments management, system management and so on. In the data analysis, the article analyzes the data that different system functions must handle, giving its E—R diagram (entity relationship diagram). It sets up its database table structure. In the end the article sums up its research and analysis and look forward to the next work.
