For filming and video resources to achieve systematic management and post-video resources management and retrieval of digital storage has become more and more pressing needs of the school, it is in this context, this paper, the actual situation of the school developed a Sanming university video frequency management system.First, introduces the research background, Sanming university video management system, project significance and current research and application of, clearly the content and main thesis; then, requirements analyzed base on UML Object-oriented development method, including business analysis, functional analysis and data analysis.
