Research And Analysis On Learning Process Management System Of Open Education In Huangyan University

With the rapid development of network information technology, distance education seize the opportunity to continue to develop, grow, improve, and gradually form a unique modern distance education system, and has become an important part of the modern education system. The Open University of China is the mainstay of distance education. To2014,3.59million students in school size, of which1.09million undergraduate students,2.5million college students, college students, including200,000farmers,100,000students and more than6,000troops noncommissioned students with disabilities. While the scale of the rapid development of the students bring a range of issues, the most concern is the quality of education. The key problem-solving quality of distance education online learning platform that building and learning process monitoring and management, as the Open University of China subsidiary Zhejiang Radio and Television University, Huangyan TV and radio College is a grassroots university, need to continue to study and practice of information technology to explore the learning process management.This paper introduces the Huangyan TV and radio College of Learning Process Management System project management background, discusses the significance and importance of the project.
