Research And Analysis On Information Management System Of New Club Members

Jiangmen Xinhui Advanced Technical school is the local leading vocational training school. Recent years, by the stimulating policy, the number and qualification of students are steadily increase, meantime the number of League members. IT application in League member management is the certain trend for both the developing of IT and school. This paper bases on the analysis of League member management of Jiangmen Xinhui Advanced Technical school, combines author’s working experience, makes optimization and rebuild for Information-oriented League member management by using UML business demand and functional demand.This paper focus on researching and analyzing Xinhui Advanced Technical school League member Information Management System(short for LIMS), studys the current situation of convention management and analyzes league membership’s building and keeping, files checking, counting, and backup, training and testing for league members, recording for test results, information releasing, etc. LIMS solves the above problems by these functional module:League member registration file, League member file management, League member training and evaluation management, information and announcement management.This paper explains the LIM-System by matching along the League member registration file, League member file management, League member training and evaluation management, information and announcement management with use case diagrams, use case description, package and class diagrams. At last, by detailed design of the relationship between the entity class diagram and database analysis makes storing and using of the data possible and having good grounds.Above all, this paper makes preliminary design for the LIM-System, directs the system researching and realizing work.
