Analysis And Design Of Fixed Assets And Material Information Management System Of Jiangnan Overseas Chinese Middle School

This paper, which took Jiangmen Overseas Chinese High School as an example, use advanced information technology tools to digitize school teaching environmental resources, teaching activities and teaching management, to establish a network-based digital campus so as to improve the efficiency of school management and level. At present, the construction and the conditions of our school have been improved a lot. As the increase in the number of various equipment and facilities for teaching and research, how to use and manage these devices better is particularly important. However, the current management of equipments and function rooms are still far behind the development of the school, for this situation, we studied and designed the professional level by level approval system based on fixed assets and games room management system to improve school management level.This paper briefly introduces the background of its information management system in Jiangmen Overseas Chinese Schools, and overviews the solution for the issues related, and the paper also discuss the importance of the research and the status in this projects at home and abroad. In the second chapter, the main objective of the system design was proposed, and then I analyzed the needs of the system in details, which mainly include the demand in four areas:business requirements, functional requirements of data requirements and non-functional requirements. In this way, the business flow chart and text description were formed by using diagrams and case descriptions, thumbnails and text description of the concept of class. Chapter III is the system design, the paper showed the system’s overall design and module design, including warehouse management, fixed asset management department, games room management, purchasing management, account management, statistical inquiry, asset inventory, system management. It showed the package diagram functions in the design process, class diagrams, flow charts and the design elements were described in detail. In the process of database design, the entity class diagram,ER diagram are mainly drawn, and their text descriptions are also mentioned. Meanwhile, the paper also shows the database table structure and the use of text describing on how to set the primary keys, foreign keys and so on. The fourth chapter makes a simple conclusion about this research work. It tells the part which I am mainly in charge of. Finally, the shortcomings of the paper are pointed out and the future prospects for further work are put forward.
