At present, China’s colleges and universities have larger scale, as course category is numerous, course mode is different, and course scheduling become a complicated work, so research of course scheduling system has certain practical significance. In order to standardize the work of course scheduling management, improve course scheduling efficiency and convenience timetable inquiries and other needs, through research and analysis the course scheduling management system of NBUT, use of information technology and modern course scheduling management system to replace the traditional manual Scheduling, it is a necessary requirement to improve the quality of teaching management, but also an inevitable choice to run teaching mission-critical.This paper introduces the research background, project significance and the current situation of research and application about the course scheduling management system of NBUT, and clears the research contents and main work. In business analysis, the existing problems, organizational structure and the original business process of the system are analyzed, and the paper gives a reformed business processes. In functional analysis, the paper clears this system functions and gives the overall functional architecture and each functional module configuration by data flow analysis and data dictionary. In the data analysis, the paper analyzes the data of each system function need to be processed, designs E-R diagrams and establishes database table structure. At last, the paper summarizes the above work, and further work is prospected.The paper sort out related problem and extract relevant experience of course scheduling management from specific reality about teaching arrangements and teaching management of NBUT, so that this system is more smoothly and effectively in practice through business process reengineering and reconstruction and optimization of the course scheduling management system of NBUT. The research work laid a good foundation for future in-depth discussion and study and real achievement of intelligence course scheduling.
