Research And Analysis On Vehicle Operation Management System Of Yichun City Transportation Bureau

The paper firstly introduces the research background of commercial vehicle operations system of Transportation Bureau of Yichun City, and the significance of the project, overseas research status and application status. Thus, we can clearly show the main content and the important issues for the work. Secondly, by the business analysis, the paper provides details analysis in the terms of the existing system problems, organizations, the original business processes and so on, then we propose a series of transformed business processes, including the reengineering process of driver management, the reengineering process of passenger vehicle operation certificate management, the reengineering process of general freight vehicle operation certificate management, the reengineering process of dangerous cargo vehicle operation certificate management and the vehicle repair, as well as the license plate of vehicle management process. Thirdly, in the term of functional analysis, the paper makes sure the functions of system with the use cases analysis and use case descriptions, and describes the overall functions of the package diagram of the system and sub-function package diagram, such as the process of driver management package diagram and so on. Fourthly, in the term of data analysis, the paper analyze all the data to be processed by the various functions of the systems, we describe the entity class diagram, then establish a thumbnail and database table structure based on the relationship between the entities, including identity information, driver information, driver’s license information, vehicle information, license plate information, bus information, taxi information, private commercial vehicles information, freight eight vehicle information database tables. Lastly, the paper summarize the research content and analysis work, besides, the further work is prospected.In this paper, we apply object-oriented methods to research and analyze the Yichun City Transportation Bureau vehicle operation management system. Such kind of design can meet the requirements of the future extension of the system, and can prepare for the future secondary development or system upgrades. What’s more, the system can improve the efficiency of the management staff, and it has corking social and economic value.
