Research And Analysis On Examination Management System Of Guangzhou Medical University

In recent years, the number of university students increases year by year with the growing scale of higher education. To satisfy with the reform and development of teaching mode, test management requirements will be increased. For the Existing test management system, there are some deficiencies such as low efficiency, poor security paper, much conflict, unable to feedback test scores timely. Research and development of the test management information system based on web and characterized with high information capacity, fast response, efficient, and practical examination management information system will promote to standardize test management and achieve automation and networking.The paper introduces the research background on Guangzhou Medical University examination management information system. The current status of research and application of test management systems were discussed. The main research for the paper is listed. In the business analysis, the problems, organization and existing business processes were analyzed. Transformation business processes, which are based on the existing business process and the actual situation of Guangzhou Medical examination management, are given. In the functional analysis, the function of the system is defined by case analysis and use case descriptions. The overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagrams are given. The sub-function package diagrams include personal information management, user management, log management, test management, performance management. major information management, examination information management and disciplinary management. In the data analysis, the data to deal with the various functions of the system is analyzed. The entity class diagrams are given and the database table structure is established. Finally, research and analysis work are summarized and further work is prospected.
