| University key Laboratory is an important place for engaging in scientific research, experiment teaching and the development of new technologies, whose development plays a decisive role in national education. At this stage, the laboratory equipment is becoming more and more large-scale, complicated and high grade, relevant managerial functions are inefficient due to heavy work, therefore, it is urgent to set up an open and sharing platform for students to improve their independent learnability, innovative ability and laboratory management efficiency.Using ASP and SQL Server database design and develop experiment management system based on Web, and integrate the electromagnetic field simulation system, the simulation system of communication principle experiment, the automatic modulation recognition based on Lab VIEW, intelligent video surveillance system of the laboratory and radio spectrum monitoring system through the link, which breaks the limitations of time and space of research, promoting laboratory resources sharing and the informatization construction and development of management level, and lays the systematic foundation for updating laboratory and expanding online experiments in the future.The experiment management system provide a network platform for student researching and laboratory management, the student user can easily realize understanding the dynamic laboratory, managing the personal information, booking and operating experiment only by browser; meanwhile, through the browser, the administrator user can do Web management with laboratory information, experimental equipment, booking and authorization etc..This dissertation includes the main work below:1. Introducing the current situation and development trend of the traditional laboratory management and the research value of the experiment management system. 2.Doing actual research on the teachers and students and determining the system’s design goal by analyzing the demand from different angles.3. Based on the demand, analyzing the results and designing the overall structure as well as the function of each module, and realizing various parts of the system.4. Obtaining the test results by conducting a comprehensive test to the system, using the electromagnetic field and electromagnetic wave experiment system, communication principle simulation system etc. integrating four experimental platform.Completing the development of the system based on Web, and testing the lab researchers and administrator, the results show that the system can run normally, use flexibly, operate simply, meet the users’basic needs, high scalability, and improve the efficiency of management and scientific research.
