With the development of radio technology, complexity telemetry system, which can meet the requirement of the composite performance of application in telemetry tech, is a main developing trend in the field of telemetry. First of all, tracking and telemetry tech for multiple targets is required by the real system. Secondly, with the development of electronic counter measures, anti-jamming capacity and anti-interception performance of wireless transmission must be upgraded.In this paper, time-hopping technology based PPK system is researched. A new TH/PPK system is designed, in which the PPK telemetry system is improved, and multi-point communication is implemented with the character of PPK kept simultaneously. In the TH/PPK system, the multiple access method is used for solving the problem of multi-access communication, the time-hopping tech is applied for the multi-address communication in PPK, and the anti-jamming capacity and anti-interception performance of PPK system is improved theoretically. Then, the TH/PPK system is analyzed and modeled, and several modules are illustrated theoretically. Finally, the verification of the TH/PPK model is simulated with MATLAB.
