As everyone knows, the liquid crystal itself is not luminous, it needs the backlight to achieve the display function, high-precision LCD, there must be a high-performance backlight technology and match. Therefore, the design of a high-brightness, backlight and large viewing angle stability in the LCD light is particularly important; and as an important part of the group---backlight backlight prism sheet is a major technology;The face of the prism sheet under domestic production technology, or lack of, and lack of high-precision equipment industry, how to avoid the patent abroad, reduce production costs,production and development of a unique, with the core technology to dominate the market, high technical content, the prism sheet technology to further develop the application fields of color backlight to achieve self-tech innovative technology, is currently before us an important issue. So,how do we break through key technical prism sheet, a world leader in the production of high quality prism sheet is particularly important;The main topic of the impact of different backlight brightness and gradation of photoresist refractive index, and the prism sheet edges aligned architecture, to study the relationship between changes in bright backlight prism sheet extent relevant characteristics of the dark in order to produce a high color brightness backlight. While the prism sheet surface microstructure changes in a single variable treatment to the maximum extent possible to avoid the interference of light and other factors(uneven lighting and low brightness). Through high-precision optical instruments, measuring the luminance of the backlight gain and value data, by comparing multiple sets of data, resulting in the following conclusions:1. The thickness of the prism sheet does not affect the ability of the condenser module,different architectures prism sheet, substantially identical in module performance, but the performance of the central point zero luminance value differ;2. The relationship between angular prism sheet and buffs: In the vertical edges of the prism sheet will reach around 45 degrees light leakage phenomenon, when up to 70 degrees left and right edges of the phenomenon of the most intense;3. With the gradual lifting photoresist refractive index module gray value(buffs) gradually increase as a result. The growth rate is waning. When the photoresist refractive index increased more than 1.6, the upgrade module but the effect is not obvious gain;4. edges toward smaller angles, the gain, the better, when the edges is 0 degrees, when the angular direction that is parallel with the backlight, the best gain in the range of 0 degrees to 90 degrees angle corners and modules effect is inversely proportional gain.
